Remembrance Sunday Update

As a result of the recent government regulations, plans for a Remembrance Sunday service on the Recreation Ground have had to be revised.

There will now be a short Act of Remembrance which will start at 10.45am. This will include a two minute silence and wreath laying.

The regulations require us to discourage attendance, but if you do happen to be at the Rec around this time, please would you wear a mask to protect those who are attending as part of the service.

To allow everyone the opportunity to participate in their own act of remembrance, St Peter’s Church will be open during the day for private prayer.

We will also be holding a short remembrance service over Zoom starting at 5.00pm. If you would like to join us for this service, please email HomeWorship@ardinglychurch.net and we will send you the login details for the service.
